Better Ideas Pty Ltd was founded by Daniel Zelli to help executive teams, boards, and project leaders navigate complexity, drive strategic transformation, and embed defensible governance.
As Principal Consultant and Founder, Daniel brings Masters-level ESG training and a unique integration of technology, business acumen, and sustainability insight — forming the foundation of the Better Ideas Model and sector-specific ESG frameworks.
To strengthen its ESG board advisory capability from the outset, Better Ideas welcomed Dr Phil Teal as a founding consultant. With decades of experience in ESG and sustainability consulting, Dr Teal offers academic depth and practical wisdom that enrich every engagement. He currently tutors in Environmental Governance and Sustainability at the Australian Institute of Management, contributing thought leadership and rigour to Better Ideas’ advisory approach.
